Propery Matters Realty is the Association Management Company for some of the finest neighborhoods in Gaston and York counties.

Our unique hands on approach to association management allows the Boards to focus on the long term growth and financial health of their Associations while we manage the day to day functions of the Association.

We offer an “a la carte” pricing structure to all of our Associations. This format allows each Association to determine the level of service required from Propery Matters Realty. Some of the services that we offer to an Association are bookkeeping, billing and collection of all dues, late fees and special assessments, oversight of all sub-contractors, weekly drive through inspections of the neighborhood and attendance at monthly and annual meetings.
